Feature: Multiply Smart Templates

Withdraw connection request

Pending connections that pile up are never a good thing (=LinkedIn may restrict your account if it sees that there are too many unanswered connection requests). Very few LinkedIn tools offer this feature, but for me it is essential for the health of the account. You could add to your sequences after 7 or 14 days if the person has not accepted the connection, then remove the connection request. This way, unanswered requests don't pile up, and you can always send the person another request. Have a great day, everyone! Martin :)

Inbox: V2

Contact Card Enhancements: Display the Avatar + Job Title on the profile card of the person you’re chatting with. Message Sending Shortcut: Allow users to press CMD + ENTER to send a message. Unread Messages: Add the ability to mark a message as UNREAD. AI Filter – “Follow Up Needed”: Introduce an AI-powered filter (type: “To Follow Up”) for all engaged conversations. Criteria: At least one non-negative reply from the person. One or more messages from the LinkedIn account in question that have gone unanswered for 5+ days. Refresh Indicator: Show the time of the last refresh somewhere in the interface. Sync Indicator: Indicate when a SYNC starts, since currently only the last 2 messages in conversations are displayed — likely because the full history isn’t being pulled in.

Duplicate filter

Merci

filters at the list level

It would be very helpful to see the filters on the list itself like in Clay just so i can vizualise how big my list is and what it looks like before sending campaigns

Push multiple triggers into one list

Hey - It’s a bit clunky to have to build a bunch of different tables for each source I want to capture. It would be much better if I could just pull a few different sources into one List where my enrichment runs.

Team Member Access without paying extra LinkedIn Accounts seats

Description: Enable users to invite team members to help set up and manage campaigns without requiring them to log in with or purchase additional LinkedIn accounts. This feature will allow delegated access to campaign tools while maintaining full control and security on the main account. Perfect for teams that need to collaborate on campaign execution without duplicating costs. Why it matters: Today, managing campaigns as a team is unnecessarily complex and expensive due to LinkedIn’s single-user limitations. By introducing flexible team access, we remove friction, save costs, and improve collaboration — especially for agencies and internal marketing teams.

Unified Inbox for LinkedIn Conversations

Description: Centralize all LinkedIn conversations — across multiple accounts or campaigns — into a single, streamlined inbox within ReactIn. Users will be able to view, search, filter, and respond to all messages from one place, without switching tabs or profiles. Why it matters: Managing LinkedIn messages across several accounts or campaigns can quickly become messy and time-consuming. A unified inbox improves efficiency, reduces the risk of missing messages, and enhances the user experience — especially for agencies and teams handling multiple clients or high-volume outreach.

🔐 Add LinkedIn Account Connection via Email & Password

Description To enhance onboarding flexibility and remove friction, allow users to connect a LinkedIn account to ReactIn by entering their LinkedIn email and password directly within a secure flow. This feature is especially useful for agencies managing accounts without direct access to the client’s browser or extension. ReactIn will use these credentials to perform a background login and initiate sync, removing the need for the Chrome Extension in certain cases and making the setup process faster and more scalable.

🔗 Enable External Account Sync via OTP (Chrome Extension)

Currently, ReactIn's Chrome Extension requires users to have a ReactIn account to sync their LinkedIn profiles. This limits use cases where agencies or third parties need access to a LinkedIn account without inviting the profile owner to ReactIn. This feature introduces a One-Time Password (OTP) system allowing an organization to redeem and sync an external LinkedIn account via the Chrome Extension without requiring the user to join ReactIn.

💬 Instant Follow-Up Message After Main Message

Enhance the natural flow of conversations by allowing users to automatically send a follow-up message immediately after the main message. This mirrors real LinkedIn interactions where users often split their outreach into two parts (e.g. message + clarification, or message + link).

Invitation-Only Subscription Plan

Description: Introduce a simplified subscription tier for users who only want to use ReactIn to send connection invitations — without the full suite of messaging. This plan would cater to users focused solely on network growth, offering a lighter, more affordable alternative to the full subscription. Why it matters: Some users have clear, limited use cases — they only want to grow their LinkedIn network with targeted invitations and don’t need advanced automation or messaging features. Offering a dedicated "Invitation-Only" plan would reduce friction, improve accessibility, and expand our user base by addressing this specific need without diluting the core product.
